Page geometry is pure arithmetic on point size and zoom (the same react-pdf does
internally), so overlays position correctly before a canvas renders. Floored because
react-pdf floors the canvas's CSS size; an unfloored overlay would sit up to a pixel
wider than the page at fractional zooms.
