    Function resolveAuditQuestionGateConfig

    • Resolves the v3 verification-gate config overrides from LaunchDarkly.

      The three gates (verification/abstain, grounding, citation) each default OFF, matching the runner config schema. Read with getVariation(..., false): an environment without these flags — or a provider that failed to initialize — leaves every gate disabled. Callers pass the request-scoped provider and a flag context; the runner fills the remaining config levers from its own defaults.
