    Function resolveEventDeadline

    • The deadline a since_event intent names, as a facility-local instant.

      Only wall-clock deadlines resolve here. withinHours is an elapsed-time window with no clock of its own, and everyNDays is a recurring cadence — resolveSinceEventBuckets owns that one. Returns null when the anchor event has no known instant, so the caller falls back to today's advisory behaviour rather than inventing a deadline off the review date.
