Takes no ResolveChartTextOptions because the unit-producing path never reads them: units
come from renderExtendChartFields(payload), which is handed the payload and nothing else, while
patientInfo and facilityTimeZone belong to the emr_document formatter branch. That is what
lets a caller holding no patient identity still ask what a packet contains.
null for anything that is not an Extend upload — an EMR document, an upload Extend has not
processed, a half-written row. Present but with no entries is a different answer: the render ran
and the packet is genuinely one document.
