Function parseExtractionBody

Reads an Extend workflow_run.completed body into the chart body we store. Null when the run extracted nothing. Every extraction is kept: pieces matching a split become sections with their pages, pieces matching none become Unplaced sections without pages, and pages no split covers become Unclassified sections.
