Reads one saved coordinates row as a box, or null when its stored geometry says nothing
usable — the same verdict the fill pipeline's toFormFieldBox reaches, so the editor never
presents as placed a field the filled PDF would leave unpositioned. The percentage columns are
dropped: v1 derived them against the device-pixel backing store, so on DPR-2 displays they are
about half their true value (DEV-2542) and nothing may render from them.
