    Type Alias FormFillingRunContext

    Everything a form-fill run needs before a single field is answered, resolved ONCE per run. vectorStores is a Safe, not an optional, so a load FAILURE is hoisted too: handing the runner undefined would make every batch re-attempt the same failing load. Mirrors ChartReviewRunContext.
