    Params for patientChartsRepo.upsertGeneratedFormChart. Keyed on runId: one run owns at most one chart row.

    Defaults to FALSE: the crash-safe order is chart -> answers -> ready -> run completed, so a chart created ready would be visible to the Forms tab before its answers exist. The DB column defaults to true.

    orgId: EntityId
    patientId: PatientId
    runId: FormRunId

    Identity of the row. A retry of the same run updates its chart instead of creating a second.

    sourceDocumentIds: readonly PatientChartId[]

    Charts the fill drew context from. Persisted as sources.documents (see the method doc).

    sourceSessionIds?: readonly SessionId[]

    Session notes selected for the fill. Persisted as sources.sessions, numeric like documents; left off the cell when empty.
