Draw answers at absolute coordinates onto flat (non-interactive) PDFs.
Coordinates follow the frozen contract in ../types: PDF points, TOP-LEFT
origin (y increases downward), 1-based page. pdf-lib draws from a
bottom-left origin, so this module performs the flip exactly once.
An answer that cannot be drawn never aborts the run — v1 produced a PDF with
every other answer intact. Such answers are reported in
DrawAnswersResult.skipped, which is deliberately broader than data
loss; see isDataLossSkipReason.
