Per-coordinate outcome for ONE sub-field box, the thing form_answers.status cannot express.
A form_answers row carries one status for the whole annotation, but a checkbox group is
answered per coordinate. A group where the model answered 2 of 16 boxes still shipped
status: "completed", so the review screen printed Filled over fourteen blank boxes.
This key records the outcome the row's single status averages away.
Deliberately the RUNNER's vocabulary (filled / no_answer / error), not the column's:
this is a per-field decision, and manual_override is a property of the row (who wrote it),
never of one box.
