Type Alias ResolveDeterministicAnswersParams

The concrete contact the user picked for each required contact type (contact_type_id -> contact_id). A required type absent from this map — or naming a contact that is missing, malformed, out-of-org, or of the wrong type — resolves its annotations to no_answer; none of those are errors.

The organization on whose behalf the form is being filled. Contacts outside it are never read onto the document, whatever chosenContacts claims.
