    rule_evaluation.result — the drill-down, in the order a reader needs it. A tuple rather than an array, because an argument missing its conclusion is not a shorter argument.

    PHI: the second section is by construction a quotation from the record, so this must never be read through safeParseWithLog, which logs the offending value. A rotted result is read back through readStoredSections, and does not log itself. Citations hang off the section whose text they support, so a reader clicking a quote gets the document that quote came from.
