    Why a deterministic field came back unanswered. Persisted: toDeterministicUpsertRows carries it onto the row and formAnswersRepo.bulkUpsert writes it into form_answers.citations (see encodeCitationsCell), so every value here must be a NoAnswerReasonCode the codec's decoder accepts — the satisfies below enforces it.

    Type Declaration

    • ReadonlyCONTACT_TYPE_MISMATCH: "contact_type_mismatch"

      The chosen contact is not of the contact type the annotation binds to.

      The run has no chosen contact for the contact type this annotation binds to.

    • A contact annotation with no annotations_contact_fields link row.

    • ReadonlyMISSING_FIELD_VALUE: "missing_field_value"

      The chosen contact has no contact_field_values row for the bound field (or it is blank).
