Redraw a run's document from the answers already stored, writing nothing itself.
updateAnswer normally redraws as part of the edit, and a batch defers all but its last call so the run
renders once. When that last call fails there is no render left to carry the edits that DID save, and the
PDF silently disagrees with the answers; the client closes that gap by asking for the render here. Safe to
call at any time: the service reads the run's own answers, takes the render lock, and skips a run with no
document yet.
